SPAIDER SPACE focuses on building specialized AI agents, acting as expert digital assistants for deep-tech industries, starting with the aerospace sector. Our AI solutions automate complex engineering and business workflows such as RFP Management and mission operations. This is a full-time, completely-remote, role for a Frontend Developer profile preferably with fundamental knowledge and experience in full-stack development. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the user interface of our web applications and assist in web deployment. Day-to-day tasks include converting design concepts into responsive web pages, collaborating with back-end developers, optimizing web applications for performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. The Frontend Developer will also work closely with the design team to create an easy-to-use experience for our clients.

While your primary focus will be on the frontend, your expertise across the full stack is crucial for building robust back-end services, seamless API integrations, and ensuring a cohesive, high-performance platform. You will be the architect of the user's journey into our advanced space AI.

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and intuitive user interfaces for the SPAIDER SPACE platform using React.js/Next.js, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Build and maintain scalable server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js (Express.js) and potentially Python (FastAPI).
• Develop, test, and seamlessly integrate APIs to connect the frontend application with our core AI models and data services.
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code across the full stack, adhering to modern web development best practices.
• Collaborate on database design and management using MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
• Utilize Git for version control in a collaborative environment and collaborate on cloud platforms deployment like AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and the international SPAIDER SPACE team to translate complex technical requirements into elegant and functional user-facing features.
  

• Deep understanding of web development techniques and technologies, focusing on best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Strong collaborative skills, with experience working in team-oriented environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  

• Experience: A proven background in Front-End Development, Responsive Web Design, Back-End Web Development, and Software Development, with hands-on experience building and deploying web applications.
• Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces and modern web development techniques.
• Backend Proficiency: Solid understanding of back-end development principles. Proficiency in Python is a must, with experience in relevant frameworks or technologies.
• Database Knowledge: Experience working with both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• API Development: Proven experience in developing, testing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• DevOps & Tools: Hands-on experience with Git and deploying applications on AWS, GCP, Azure or similar cloud platforms. Minimum basic proficiency in shell.
  

• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker, Podman.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).
• Previous work in a deep-tech, scientific, or data-intensive application environment.
