Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer specializing in Mens and Womens Casualwear to join our innovative design team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for trends, a strong understanding of fabrics and costings, trends and can spearhead the design team


Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop seasonal collections of Mens and Womens Casualwear that align with brand aesthetics and target market preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market developments to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Work on Costing and produce samples within required budget
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sourcing, and merchandising to ensure designs are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
  • Conduct research on fabrics, trims, and embellishments, considering cost implications and sourcing options.
  • Participate in fittings and sample reviews, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to prototypes.
  • Maintain organized records of design concepts, sketches, and specifications for reference and future use.
  • Assist in other design-related tasks and projects as needed.
  • Provide detail masters to E-Commerce team for cataloging
  • Monitor photoshoots as per guidelines and styling
  • Delegate work to team and multi task


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in fashion design, specifically in designing Mens and Womens Casualwear.
  • Strong proficiency in illustrations and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity and innovation.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends.
