Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead with a strong background in Xamarin to lead our software development activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Xamarin and possess excellent leadership, technical, and

communication skills.


Key Responsibilities : Leadership :


- Develop complex software components using Xamarin.

- Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior developers.

- Advise developers on best methods of software development and code Management :


- Lead software development activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software and Testing :


- Develop interfaces and drivers for hardware devices, software platforms, and data exchange.

- Test and debug software to ensure high-quality and error-free products.

- Monitor and modify development work to ensure resulting software meets established goals.


Team Leadership :


- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team :


- Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Participate in project planning and status meetings to ensure alignment with company :


- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Xamarin.

- Strong leadership and technical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related to Have :


- Experience with cloud-based services (e.g. Azure, AWS).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins, Docker).

- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g. HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

- Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g. NUnit, xUnit).
