We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience in Java development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Kubernetes (preferably Red Hat OpenShift or AKS). The role includes supporting and installing software applications and operating systems, as well as participating in the DevOps and testing process from test review to production implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications using Java and Kubernetes.

- Deploy applications using Kubernetes platforms, with a preference for Red Hat OpenShift or AKS.

- Support and install software applications and operating systems.

- Participate in the DevOps and testing process, ensuring smooth transitions from test review to production implementation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, response times, capacity, and system limitations.

- Develop and maintain end-user documentation and provide training to the organization as required.

- Collaborate with internal business partners, internal technology resources (database, system, networking), and external vendors to achieve project goals.

- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of complex tasks.

- Demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and latitude in developing solutions.

Qualifications :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Java development.

- Strong experience with Kubernetes, preferably Red Hat OpenShift or AKS.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and processes.

- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to performance, response times, capacity, and system limitations.

- Experience in developing end-user documentation and providing training.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks.

- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other DevOps tools and practices.

- Knowledge of database, system, and networking technologies.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
