MTC Group operates across 9 locations with 18 recycling yards and 5 Manufacturing Units in India and has International presence in USA, UK, Africa, Singapore & Dubai. MTC Group is handling around 2 million Metric tons of metals annually.Responsibilities- Evaluate creditworthiness of new customers and recommend credit limits in line with company policy. - Monitor outstanding receivables regularly and ensure timely follow-up with customers for collections. - Prepare and circulate aging analysis reports (debtors aging, overdue accounts, collection efficiency). - Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams to resolve disputes or deductions impacting payments. - Implement and enforce credit control policies, ensuring adherence to contractual terms. - Track advance payments, credit notes, and customer reconciliations. - Escalate potential default risks to management in a timely manner.Qualifications- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred). - 3–6 years of relevant experience in credit control and SAP vendor master management.Required Skills- Strong understanding of credit control, receivables management, and financial analysis. - Hands-on experience in SAP (FI/MM modules) with specific knowledge of vendor master creation and maintenance. - Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and Indian statutory requirements. - Strong communication skills for effective coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Skills- Prior experience in manufacturing, trading, or recycling industry will be an added advantage. - DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) / Collection Efficiency. - Accuracy of vendor master records (zero errors / duplications). - Timeliness of collections and credit approvals. - Compliance with internal audit and statutory requirements. - Reduction in disputes / blocked vendor accounts.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
