Swasti Legal Alliance, a reputed law firm specializing in customs and regulatory matters, is seeking young Advocates to handle customs cases at IGI Airport, New Delhi, District courts and High Court of Delhi

Position: Junior Advocate
Location: IGI Airport, Cargo, New Customs House, District courts and High Court of Delhi
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in customs-related matters, including detention, seizure, adjudication, and appeals.

- Appear before customs authorities, tribunals, and other legal forums.

- Draft legal documents, responses, and petitions related to customs law.

- Advise clients on import/export regulations, duty structures, and compliance issues.

- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders for case resolutions.

Requirements:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

- 0-3 years of experience in customs law and litigation.
- great Negotiation skills and proficiency in english
- Strong knowledge of Customs Act, 1962, Foreign Trade Policy, FEMA, COFEPOSA, NDPS and allied laws.
- Excellent drafting, research, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent matters at IGI Airport even at odd hours
