We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced MIS / Business Analyst to join our centralized GBS operations team. This pivotal role will report to the Sr. Operations Manager and is responsible for establishing consistent, standardized, and robust reporting capabilities across our source and screen, RPO Admin, and MSP functions. You'll leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and automation to design and deliver high-impact reports and dashboards that empower data-driven decision-making. Beyond reporting, this role also encompasses critical financial management, billing, and supplier relations, making you a central figure in ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Data Analyst (RPO)

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reporting & Data Analyst to join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team. This role is a unique blend of data management, reporting, and financial support, perfect for someone who excels at organizing information and deriving insights.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining robust reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing essential financial support to our operations. What You'll Do:

Reporting & Data Management (60%):

  • Design and develop essential tracker formats with all necessary fields to meet reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to collect and consolidate data accurately and on time.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of collected data to answer key business questions and identify trends.
  • Manage and maintain manual databases using Google Sheets and Excel for a team of 15-20 recruiters.
  • Proactively communicate with recruiters to ensure timely and accurate updates to all trackers.
  • Identify data gaps and discrepancies, working with users to implement corrections and ensure data integrity.

Financial Support (40%):

  • Compile and share billing details for invoicing purposes.
  • Maintain and update budget files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Develop a fair understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to support financial reporting.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a reporting, data analysis, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders (recruiters, operations, leadership, finance).
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • A decent understanding of finance concepts, including invoicing processes, budgeting, and basic P&L principles.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, taking initiative to drive projects forward.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address data-related challenges.
