Ltd.Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative and technical skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate client requirements into innovative architectural solutions.Key Responsibilities- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and design intent. - Prepare 2D and 3D design presentations, renders, and working drawings. - Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety norms, and local regulations. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, and vendor teams throughout project execution. - Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality standards. - Research materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices. - Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting timelines and maintaining design quality.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. - Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture, real estate, or interior design firms. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, and MS Office. - Strong sense of design, detailing, and spatial planning. - Excellent communication, visualization, and presentation skills.Preferred Attributes- Creative and solution-oriented mindset. - Strong coordination and teamwork skills. - Knowledge of modern construction materials and sustainable design trends. - Ability to handle end-to-end design delivery independently.
