About the role:


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join our HR team and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

You will lead the hiring strategy to attract talent and work closely with business leaders to drive the strategy across the organization. You will be responsible for strategic talent sourcing, recruitment, networking, and creating strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively source and create talent pools of potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, networking events, referrals, and other channels).
  • Map and tie up with relevant colleges and conduct campus recruitments.
  • Plan assessment strategy for open roles, set interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and induction of new recruits.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Brainstorm, design, and execute various employer branding initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Build strategies to ensure a positive candidate experience and foster long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Actively take decisions and lead as a brand ambassador of hoichoi.


Skills:


  • A bachelor’s/master's degree in any field.
  • Proficient in Boolean search with experience on multiple sourcing platforms (, Naukri, IIMjobs, hirist, etc.).
  • 4-6 years of experience, ideally in a consumer internet/e-commerce/product/start-up organization is highly desired.
  • An aggressive approach to hiring and the ability to push back to get things done.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver within strict deadlines.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
