Ltd. is India's leading manufacturer of garden products, specializing in a variety of planters.Based in Delhi, India, we are dedicated to growing together with our customers by offering high-quality garden products.Our extensive catalog showcases our wide range of offerings, and we are committed to providing excellent customer service and innovative gardening solutions.Role Description:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote plastic products (planters, household plastics, packaging, etc.) in domestic and international markets.- Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs.- Drive B2B & B2C marketing campaigns across offline and digital platforms.- Plan and execute branding, advertising, exhibitions, and trade shows for product promotion.- Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, dealers, OEM clients, and modern trade channels.- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and increase revenue.- Design and execute product launch strategies for new products.- Manage digital marketing activities (social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns) in coordination with the digital team.- Track marketing ROI and prepare regular MIS/reports for management review.- Identify and develop new markets/territories for business expansion (domestic & export).- Coordinate with the product development team to align market needs with innovation.Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of plastic industry markets, trends, and customer segments.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to lead and manage a marketing team.- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM, and analytics.- Strong problem-solving, creativity, and strategic thinking abilities.- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and market in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.Graduation in any field (preferred: marketing/business/engineering background).
