Job descriptionGoogle Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer ParadigmIT is seeking a seasoned GCP DevOps Engineer to design implement and manage scalable secure and resilient infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform GCP. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in DevOps, CI/CD Infrastructure as Code IaC container orchestration and cloud security.Key Responsibilities Build scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructures using GCP services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Functions, BigQuery and Cloud Storage Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or Cloud Build Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform Google Cloud Deployment Manager or similar IaC tools Design and deploy AI/ML pipelines leveraging Google AI Services, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring with platforms like Vertex AI. Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes GKE Monitor system performance and ensure high availability using tools like Prometheus Grafana and Google Cloud Observability Implement and enforce cloud security best practices including IAM encryption and secure coding Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployments and troubleshoot issues Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization Document infrastructure deployment processes and operational procedures Required Skills QualificationsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience with GCP including compute, storage, networking, database, security, and AI services Skilled in Python, Go, or Bash; proficient in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker); adept in monitoring and troubleshooting across stack. Strong knowledge in cloud architecture is a big plus Experience architecting and deploying AI/ML solutions; deep understanding of the AI lifecycle, tools, and Google AI service offerings. Strong understanding of cloud networking security and DevOps methodologies Experience with monitoring and logging tools Google Cloud Observability Prometheus Grafana Familiarity with version control systems like Git Strong leadership, communication, problem solving with a proactive and collaborative approach to continuous learningPreferred CertificationsGoogle Cloud Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
