Marketing Specialist.We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand presence and awareness.We are looking to onboard highly skilled individuals who are eager to take on cutting-edge challenges and join one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in the Lending and Treasury industry.Job Role:- Be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, implementing digital marketing strategies, analyzing web and mobile analytics, and conducting online marketing activities.- Identifying the latest trends in FinTech, Banking, Technology and create unique viral content.- Stay up to date with algorithm change of different social media platforms.- Use SEO rich content for website, blogs and social media.- Collaborate with the branding and sales teams to ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with overall marketing goals.- Manage social media accounts, including creating content calendar, scheduling posts, engaging with followers and analyzing performance.- Evaluating essential metrics that affect website traffic and target audience with google analytics and other analytical tools.- Run paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads and Email marketing.- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing & content campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).- Build and monitor campaign budgets.- Measure and showcase growth report on campaign performance.- Making recommendations for optimization and identifying areas for Outstanding track record in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Media or related field.- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital marketing position, preferably in a B2B arrangement.- Knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices.- Ability to analyze data and generate insights for optimizing marketing campaigns.- Experience with web analytics and online marketing.- Highly creative individual with ability to work independently as well as in team.- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, performance digital marketing, and website analytics.- Excellent analytical abilities.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital Digital marketing: 5+ years.How well support you:- Coaching, support and encouragement from experts in your team.- Access to a wide range of learning opportunities to support your growth and development.- Transparent performance-based compensation schemes.- Contemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activities.- Group insurance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Parental Insurance, ESOPs, Upskilling Allowances, Medical Allowances, Travel Allowances.- Flexible work schedule.- 5 days a week.Location: Noida.Job type: Full time.
