We have supported numerous operators in these areas.We’ve been helping leading Telco’s Giants globally for the past 18 years, serving multiple clients across 7 countries with a direct presence in 4 international locations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Team Lead – Java will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable, and high‑performance Java applications using Java 11 and above, along with modern frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. The role will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, while ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability.The Team Lead will guide a small to medium-sized development team, driving best practices in design, development, DevOps, and code review, and will play a key role in integrating third‑party systems, optimizing databases, and mentoring team members to achieve consistent, high-quality delivery.Qualifications- 10–12 years of hands-on experience in Java development, working with Java 11 or higher. - Strong practical experience with Java frameworks such as Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.) and Hibernate. - Proven track record in designing and developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. - Solid experience in preparing High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) based on functional and non-functional requirements. - Strong expertise with relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle, including schema design, performance tuning, and complex queries. - Experience in building and consuming RESTful and SOAP-based web services, including integration of third‑party applications. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization/orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Demonstrated experience leading and managing small to medium-sized development teams, including task planning, delegation, and performance oversight. - Hands-on experience with source code management tools and workflows using Git and/or SVN. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and in production-critical situations. - Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and secure coding guidelines. - Proven ability to mentor and coach junior developers, and to foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.NOTE : Looking for Candidates with More of High level Design experience Rather than just core Development.
