Job Title:Technical Project Manager (TPM – HR Solutions) Location:Hyderabad (Work From Office) Experience:10+ Years Employment Type:Full-time | Onsite Role Overview We are looking for aTechnical Project Manager (TPM)to leadHR Solutions / HCM Implementation Projectsfor global clients. The role requires strong functional and technical understanding acrossPeopleSoft HCM, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, Workday HCM , andKronos (Time & Attendance)systems, ensuring smooth end-to-end project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manageend-to-end implementationof HCM and Workforce Management projects. Work closely with HR, IT, and Business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables. Leadcross-functional teams(functional, technical, and QA) for successful execution. Ensure proper integration between various HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, T&A, Performance, etc.). Handlerisk management, project governance, and client communication . Overseesystem upgrades, migrations, and post-go-live support . Maintain compliance, data integrity, and performance of HR systems. Technical Skills Required HR & Workforce Systems:PeopleSoft HCM | SAP HCM / SuccessFactors | Oracle HCM | Workday HCM | Kronos (T&A) Strong exposure toHR Integrations, Data Migration, and APIs . Understanding ofSQL/PL-SQL, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi), and BI reportingpreferred. Experience inAgile/Waterfall delivery models . Soft Skills Strongleadership and stakeholder management . Excellentcommunication and analytical skills . Proven ability tohandle multiple parallel projectsand deliver results on time. Experience working withonshore–offshore teams . Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. PMP / Agile / PRINCE2 certificationpreferred. Prior experience leadingHCM transformation or implementation programsis a must.
