We are seeking a Sr techno functional Business system Analyst with Oracle HCM cloud experience . The successful candidate must have strong knowledge with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Modules like Global Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation , Talent Management, Workforce & Benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible to lead end to end Oracle fusion HCM implementation project rollout
  • Lead the overall solution and design for Oracle fusion Human capital for various projects
  • Manage and support Oracle HCM System configurations and architecture
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Modules like Global Core HR, , Recruitment, Workforce & Benefits, Compensation , Talent Management
  • Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
  • Work with Business to support any configuration change, continuous improvement and optimization of existing systems and processes.


Required Understanding and experience:


  • 8 Years Experience with Oracle HCM ERP technology
  • 5 + Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Absence Management and benefits
  • Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience on end-to-end fusion HCM implementation projects
  • Excellent functional knowledge in setting up the lookups, values sets, work structures, Area of Responsibility, Configuration of HCM Process

  • Strong experience with in HDL (HCM Data Loader), FBL (File Based Loader), PBL (Payroll Batch Loader) conversion process.
  • Expertise in Fast Formulas, customization of the global data model for the HCM Extracts and Bursting logics.
  • Very Good knowledge in Roles and security.
  • Expertise with Bi-Directional Interfaces for Payroll, Benefits, Stocks, 401K, etc
