Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

Develop and implement talent management processes and programs, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives.

Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify talent management needs and priorities and ensure the effective execution of talent strategies.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs, conducting data analysis and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Performance Management:

Lead the design and implementation of the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and development planning.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices, ensuring a consistent and fair approach across the organization.

Analyze performance data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing individual and organizational performance.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and alignment with market trends and company goals.

Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of compensation and benefits offerings and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Support the annual compensation planning process, including salary budgeting, merit increase recommendations, bonus calculations, and communication.

HR Policies and Compliance:

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements, industry best practices, and organizational values.

Provide guidance and interpretation on HR policies to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.

Monitor compliance with HR policies and regulations, identifying and addressing areas of risk and ensuring corrective action is taken when necessary.

Operations and Administration:

Oversee the administration of talent management and rewards systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Prepare and analyze reports and dashboards to track key talent metrics, monitor performance, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and resources related to talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies.
