Join usJob Title: Tax Training FacilitatorJob PurposeThe Tax Training Facilitator is responsible for delivering and managing new-hire training for on-site tax teams and providing continued support to ensure operational readiness. This role helps team members build confidence in tax processes, systems, and daily workflows, while maintaining consistency in practices across the team. The facilitator will stay current on updates and learning provided by U.S.-based teams and ensure effective transfer of knowledge to support accuracy, quality, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. New Hire TrainingDeliver structured training programs to ensure new hires understand tax processes, tools, and systemsFacilitate onboarding to support smooth integration into assigned roles2. Ongoing SupportProvide floor support by responding to process-related questions and guiding team members through daily tax tasksAct as a point of contact for resolving operational issues related to tax workflows3. Knowledge Transfer and DevelopmentStay updated on tax procedures and best practices through training from U.S.-based teamsEnsure new information is communicated clearly and applied consistently across the team4. Process StandardizationSupport the implementation of standardized tax processes to drive accuracy and efficiencyMonitor adherence to established practices and provide corrective coaching as needed5. Team CollaborationWork with supervisors and managers to identify training needs and adjust programs accordinglyPromote collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members6. Performance MonitoringTrack trainee progress and provide feedback to supervisorsIdentify skill gaps and coordinate targeted training sessions to address themRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field5+ years of experience in tax with strong process understandingExperience in training, mentoring, or coaching in a professional environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksPreferred QualificationsExperience in the tax and bookkeeping industryFamiliarity with tax systems and softwareCertification in adult learning or training facilitationPerformance MetricsTrainee PerformanceMeasured through progress during and after training, including supervisor feedbackKnowledge Transfer EffectivenessAbility of team members to apply tax processes consistently and accuratelyClient SatisfactionQuality and accuracy of tax work produced by trained employeesProcess AdherenceCompliance with standardized tax practices and effectiveness of ongoing supportTraining DeliveryTimeliness and quality of sessions delivered to new and existing employees
