This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Counselor/Team Lead located in Guntur. The role involves providing personalized guidance to students throughout the admissions process, assisting with university selection, reviewing applications, supporting scholarship searches, preparing students for visa applications and interviews, and conducting pre-departure orientations. The Team Lead will also oversee and mentor a team of counselors.

• Experience in admissions counseling, university selection, and application review
• Knowledge of scholarship search processes and application support
• Expertise in visa application processes and interview preparation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in study abroad programs or international education
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Counseling, or International Relations
