Job Description: End-to-End Web Developer and DevOps Internship

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team as End-to-End Web Developers and DevOps Engineers. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about building full-stack web applications, deploying AI models, and ensuring scalability.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Unpaid for the first 3 months; paid from the 4th or 5th month based on performance, with potential to extend into a part-time or full-time position.
  • Flexible working hours with day and night shifts.
  • Remote work opportunity.
  • Letters of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship.
  • Performance matrix, mentorship, and constructive feedback to support professional growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications to support deep learning models, NLP chatbots, and AI solutions.
  • Work on front-end, back-end, and DevOps tasks as needed to integrate and deploy AI models effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure end-to-end delivery of projects, from development to deployment.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications to enhance functionality and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in web development, DevOps, and cloud technologies.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js or Python.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and NLP techniques is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with full-stack web development projects (academic, personal, or freelance).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and database management.
  • Understanding of version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
