This role involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers in an Agile environment, contributing to the development of applications that serve thousands of users.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and DartDesign responsive and accessible user interfaces aligned with modern UX principlesParticipate actively in Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesIntegrate AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code qualityImplement state management solutions such as Bloc, Provider, or RiverpodIntegrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Firebase servicesSet up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or CodemagicConduct code reviews, write unit and widget tests, and optimize performance using analytics toolsMentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-makingRequired Qualifications3–5 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, with successful app deploymentsStrong understanding of UX/UI design principles and accessibility standardsPractical experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or TabnineDemonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum teamsStable employment history: no more than one job change in the past three yearsProficiency in state management, API integration, Firebase, and Git version controlClear and professional communication skills in EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience with CI/CD tools and DockerContributions to open-source Flutter/Dart projects or active community participationFamiliarity with performance profiling and animation optimizationUnderstanding of data privacy and accessibility regulationsPrior experience in regulated industries such as fintech or healthcareCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive CTC range: ₹8.5 lakh – ₹18 lakh per annumTop quartile compensation may exceed ₹20 lakh based on expertise and stabilitySenior lateral hires may be eligible for packages up to ₹24.5 lakh or higherBenefits include performance incentives, health insurance, paid leave, and professional development supportCareer advancement opportunities into tech leadership or engineering managementAbout the Location Bengaluru South is a leading hub for mobile and product engineering, with strong demand for Flutter developers across startups and multinational companies.
