This individual will play a pivotal role in aligning business requirements with technical solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of financial products and strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities :- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial products and services.- Develop detailed functional specifications, business process flows, user stories, and use cases.- Collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers to define roadmaps, prioritize deliverables, and track milestones.- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.- Partner with technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.- Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.- Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT sessions.- Track and report project progress, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.Required Skills & Qualifications- 810 years of experience in Business Analysis, with exposure to Product and Project Management.- Strong knowledge of financial services, banking products, payments, trading, or fintech.- Proven track record of end-to-end project/product delivery in agile or hybrid models.- Proficiency in requirement elicitation, solution design, stakeholder management, and documentation.- Skilled in data analysis (SQL, Excel, BI tools).- Familiarity with financial regulations (Basel, MiFID, AML, KYC, etc.) is an advantage.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, PRINCE2, CSPO, or Agile/Scrum are desirable.Educational Qualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer science or Information Technology.What We Offer :- Opportunity to work on strategic financial products and projects.- A collaborative and innovation-driven workplace.- Competitive compensation and benefits.- Professional development and growth opportunities.
