Description :Were seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to own and optimize our cloud infrastructure across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, and Production).Youll be responsible for the availability, scalability, and security of our SaaS platform running on Azure, with microservices built on Django and a Next.js frontend.Youll collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and data teams to ensure reliable deployments, strong monitoring, and cost-efficient scaling under Azure.Key Responsibilities :Infrastructure Management :- Manage and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, App Gateways, and VM workloads. - Maintain multi-environment (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod) deployments with isolated networking and monitoring.- Handle Azure Log Analytics, Container Insights, and Application Gateway WAF configurations.CI/CD Automation :- Manage and enhance Jenkins-based pipelines for QA (branch-based) and UAT/Prod (tag-based) deployments.- Implement automated rollback, approval workflows, and deployment validation checks.Container & Service Orchestration :- Oversee Dockerized Django microservices (user_management, product_management, order_management, etc.- Maintain RabbitMQ, Redis, and PostgreSQL configurations and scaling strategies.- Ensure high availability and zero-downtime deployments on AKS.Monitoring & Reliability :- Manage Grafana + Prometheus dashboards and Sentry error tracking.- Implement alerting, uptime checks, and automated incident response runbooks.Networking & Security :- Work with Nginx reverse proxy configuration and SSL management (Lets Encrypt + Certbot).- Secure inter-service communication, apply NSG/firewall policies, and harden VM and AKS clusters.- Collaborate with engineering teams for DDoS prevention and traffic analysis.Cost Optimization & Scaling :- Monitor and optimize resource consumption under Azure.- Implement autoscaling strategies for Redis, workloads, and node pools.- Recommend cost-efficient alternatives for compute, logging, and monitoring.Technical Stack :- Cloud : Azure (AKS, App Gateway, VM Scale Sets, Blob, Network Watcher).- CI/CD : Jenkins, GitHub, Docker.- Infra as Code : Terraform / Bicep (preferred).- Monitoring : Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, Azure Monitor.- Messaging & Queueing : RabbitMQ, Celery.- Databases : PostgreSQL, Redis.- Languages : Python, Bash, YAML.- Containers : Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes.- Security : SSL (Certbot), NSG, Azure Defender, Private Endpoints.Qualifications :- 5- 6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and Kubernetes internals.- Proven experience with CI/CD automation using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.- Experience managing multi-service Docker deployments.- Hands-on experience with monitoring & observability tools.- Strong understanding of networking, DNS, certificates, and WAF.- Knowledge of Python and Django app deployment is a plus.Bonus Skills :- Experience integrating PostHog, HubSpot, or Mollie APIs.- Familiarity with Next.js app deployments and CDN optimizations.- Exposure to incident response / root cause analysis for cloud workloads.Why Join Us :- Work on a fast-growing SaaS product with full Azure cloud automation.- Opportunity to lead DevOps modernization (IaC, observability).- Collaborative culture with strong engineering and ownership mindset.
