Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Architect (4–6 years) with strong skills in AutoCAD and architectural design. The ideal candidate will be involved in concept design, master planning, space planning, detailing, and project coordination, bringing creative ideas to life in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Lead architecturalplanning, space planning, and design development . Createconceptual schemes, master plans, zoning layouts, traffic circulation, and phasing strategies . Work onAutoCAD, SketchUp, and presentation toolsto deliver drawings, details, and client presentations. Collaborate withexternal architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractorsfor smooth project execution. Design and execute layouts forretail stores, commercial spaces, and hospitality environments . Managebudgets, timelines, schedules, and deliverableseffectively. Produceconstruction drawings, design presentations, sketches, and 3D visualswhen required. Supportlandscape design, sustainable design strategies, and integration with overall project vision . Requirements 4–6 yearsof relevant architectural experience. Strong command ofAutoCAD(SketchUp/3ds Max/Lumion a plus). Proven experience incommercial, retail, hospitality, or industrial projects . Excellentarchitectural design, detailing, and drafting skills . Strong design sensibility with a focus onmodern, sustainable, and functional architecture . Quick hand sketching ability (preferred but not mandatory). Strongcommunication, presentation, and client interaction skills . Ability to handlefast-paced projects, multiple priorities, and tight deadlines . Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset. Why Join AFD?
