Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven SEO Manager to spearhead our organic growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive SEO and content strategies that enhance visibility, drive traffic, generate leads, and strengthen brand presence.
This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with the ability to lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals, target audience, and brand identity.
- Drive both on-page and off-page SEO efforts to boost rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Leverage tools like Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and WordPress CMS to optimize site performance.
- Optimize content for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Geographical SEO), and LLM visibility.
Content Marketing & Brand Growth
- Lead the end-to-end content marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Oversee creation of SEO-friendly content, including articles, blogs, landing pages, website copy, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to produce multimedia-rich and visually appealing content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all channels.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct ongoing market research and audience analysis to identify content opportunities, trends, and gaps.
- Perform competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry benchmarks and refine strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing SEO and content team to deliver results with ownership and accountability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to align strategies with broader business objectives.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Define, monitor, and track SEO and content marketing KPIs in line with business strategy.
- Analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and manage content repositories and CMS for structured and accessible content storage.
Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on emerging SEO trends, algorithm updates, and evolving content formats.
- Continuously refine strategies to maintain a competitive edge in digital visibility.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Proven experience in SEO and content marketing leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and AEO, GEO, LLM visibility.
- Proficiency with SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, WordPress CMS.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, audience targeting, and digital brand building.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in tracking, analyzing, and reporting KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
- Leadership skills to build and inspire a results-driven team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO.
- Experience in scaling organic traffic and delivering measurable ROI.
- Strong background in competitive analysis and market research.
