Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time junior position requires candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves the creation and management of engaging content across various social media platforms.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of various social platforms and their audiences.
  • Content Creation (Mandatory skill): Ability to create engaging and compelling content that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory skill) for editing and optimizing video content for different social media platforms.
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill) to design creative visuals, including graphics for social media posts.
  • Skilled in using Canva to produce visually appealing and on-brand social media graphics and presentations.
  • Knowledge of video optimization techniques to enhance video content reach and engagement across platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement an effective social media strategy aligned with business goals and target audience.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across multiple social media channels to increase brand awareness.
  • Edit and optimize video content for social media platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring high engagement.

  • Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and mentions effectively and professionally.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and aligned marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and emerging trends to keep the company at the forefront.
