Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Wealth Head with a strong background in the stock broking industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized investment advice to clients and managing their investment portfolios to help them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment goals and risk tolerance.
• Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and circumstances.
• Manage clients' investment portfolios and monitor their performance, making
adjustments as necessary to ensure that they remain aligned with their goals and risk tolerance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and news and provide regular updates to clients.
• Generate new business by identifying and pursuing new clients and business opportunities.· Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate them to clients.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as research, compliance, and operations, to ensure that clients receive high-quality and compliant services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience as a Wealth Manager in the stock broking industry.
• Proven track record of generating and maintaining a client base and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex investment issues.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) preferred.
KPIs:
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to drive revenue growth.
• Increase client retention and satisfaction by providing high-quality investment advice and personalized service.
• Expand client base by generating new business through referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
• Increase assets under management (AUM) by effectively managing clients' investment portfolios and growing their wealth.
• Meet or exceed profitability targets by balancing revenue growth with cost management.
• Maintain a high level of compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies to ensure that clients' investments are protected.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and news to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Maintain a high level of client engagement by regularly communicating with them and providing market updates and performance reports.
• Increase operational efficiency by effectively utilizing tools and resources to manage clients' portfolios and generate reports.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills by staying current with industry trends, participating in training programs, and obtaining relevant certifications
