Role : Senior Dotnet Developer/Lead

Skills Required :

- Proficiency in Asp.Net, .Net Core, MVC, Web API

- Strong database skills with SQL Server

- Experience leading development teams is a plus

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions

- Lead and mentor junior developers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications and services using the .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.


- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver features that meet business needs.


- Implement best practices for software development, including object-oriented design principles, SOLID principles, and design patterns.


- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and guidelines.


- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior members of the development team.


- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.


- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or customers, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.


- Stay current with the latest .NET technologies, tools, and trends, and proactively recommend improvements to our development processes and practices.


- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications in cloud and on-premises environments.
