About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and digital transformation initiatives through the development and implementation of innovative ABAP solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex ABAP programs to automate business processes and improve efficiency.

- Create user-friendly ALV reports for data analysis and visualization.

- Develop and implement custom logic using User Exits to extend SAP functionality.

- Leverage Business Application Programming Interfaces (BAPIs) and IDocs for data exchange with external systems.

- Utilize Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts to create maintainable and reusable ABAP code.

- Participate in the entire development lifecycle, including unit testing and code reviews.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and other developers to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ABAP applications.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SAP ABAP and related technologies.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience developing and implementing SAP ABAP programs.

- In-depth knowledge of ABAP syntax, data structures, and control flow statements.

- Proficiency in creating user-friendly and informative ALV reports.

- Experience with User Exits, BAPIs, and IDocs for data manipulation and integration.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., ABAP Associate Certification) are a plus.

- Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, JavaScript) is beneficial
