We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect with over 12 years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, extensive practical experience, and a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Dynamics solutions. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive technical excellence and lead a team of developers and engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.



Key Responsibilities:


Architectural Design & Strategy:


  • Design and architect complex Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet business requirements
  • Develop and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices
  • Lead the development of the overall technical strategy and roadmap for Dynamics implementations


Technical Leadership:


  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and engineers
  • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of integration and implementation projects


Project Management:


  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute Dynamics projects from inception to completion
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget


Client & Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Present architectural solutions and project updates to clients and senior management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery



Hands-on Development:


  • Participate in coding, debugging, and optimizing Dynamics solutions
  • Develop custom modules, plugins, and integrations as needed
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of Dynamics solutions



Continuous Improvement:


  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and ERP)
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale Dynamics solutions
  • Extensive experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, data migration, and performance tuning
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills



Preferred Skills:


  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 certification
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of industry-specific Dynamics solutions
  • Experience in a consulting environment
