We are seeking a dynamic and analyticalFP&A Analystto join our finance team in Hyderabad. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving business performance by delivering actionable financial insights, supporting strategic decisions, and partnering with business leaders to optimize profitability and efficiency. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses, while contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the organization’s financial direction.Key Responsibilities Analyze and forecast financial and economic data to support strategic and operational decisions. Prepareannual budgetsandmonthly/quarterly forecasts , ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Partner with the FP&A and business teams to analyzeP&L variances , identify trends, and provide insights to improve profitability. Act as thesingle point of contact for P&Lmanagement, driving performance reviews and margin analysis. Supportpricing decisionsandcustomer contract negotiationsin collaboration with Sales and Operations teams. Managebilling, receivables, and WIP controls , ensuring timely and accurate financial tracking. Conduct in-depth analysis ofMIS, financial metrics, and operational KPIsto support decision-making. Coordinate withCorporate Financefor consolidations and reporting requirements. Present financial insights and performance dashboards to senior management. Stay aligned with market trends, business drivers, and cost structures to forecast short- and long-term financial performance.Qualifications & Skills: Education:QualifiedCAorMBA in Finance . Experience:2–5 years of experience inFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) , preferably in a corporate or services environment. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency inMS Excel(advanced) andPowerPoint . Working knowledge ofSAPandBPCenvironments is highly preferred.Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-driven and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
