Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python-based applications and tools that support our AML solutions
  • Implement, optimize, and deploy machine learning models, including large language models, to enhance our product capabilities
  • Collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems
  • Design and implement data integration, validation, and quality check frameworks
  • Work on the entire machine learning pipeline, from data preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring
  • Create quick prototypes and present them to customers and internal stakeholders to drive product development
  • Analyze and process large-scale structured and unstructured data sets to support machine learning initiatives
  • Ensure the robustness, scalability, and efficiency of the developed applications and models
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to machine learning models and Python
  • Follow best practices in coding, MLOps, and DataOps
  • Assist other teams in delivering proof-of-concept projects
  • Enable timely execution of quant models by streamlining daily insight automation workflow.
  • Help ensure accurate trade executions through rigorous tracking of model positions.
  • Gather requirements for, develop, and build features/applications/APIs in Python/VBA.
  • Optimize performance of quant models & systems.
  • Drive end-to-end software development life cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with bank’s IT engineering teams

Skills

  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful
  • A knack for writing clean, readable Python code
  • Ability to understand monitoring metrics, such as CPU, Memory, Disk Space, Network latency, and telemetry services

Requirements

  • A good degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
  • At least 4 years as a Full Stack Engineer experience in developing large-scale software applications.
  • Worked in the Software development of Banking/Finance relevant Industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in financial engineering is a big plus.
  • Hands on experience in RESTful and websockets APIs with NodeJS and ExpressJS, Python and FastAPI.
  • Knowledge of relational databases is preferred.
  • Experience of source control, continuous integration, and profiling tools is preferred.
  • Willing to work in fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
