Job Title –Product Lead - UPIAIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK, Gurgaon At Airtel Payments Bank, we’re transforming the way banking operates in the country. We’re looking for people who can join us on this journey of ours with lots of passion and flair.We are hiring a UPI Product Lead to drive the complete product lifecycle for our B2C payments portfolio . This role is ideal for someone who understands the UPI ecosystem deeply and can design end to end digital customer journeys across onboarding , activation & UPI transaction flows .Key Responsibilities –This role will comprise of User Centric Mindset:You will be responsible forunderstanding customer needs as well as stay on top of the customer pulse via secondary insights - both qualitative and quantitative.Should have Capability to translate user feedback into actionable insights for product development. Product Vision & Strategy : Should have ability to define both long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact. Product enhancement with a problem first, data-driven, and test & iterate approach. Product Development Life Cycle : Should have strong understanding of stages that a product goes through from concept to market launch & beyond. Ecosystem collaboration : Self-starter to collaborate closely with ecosystem players to co-build products that don’t exist. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, risk, compliance) to develop and launch new card products Market Research & Analysis -Conduct in-depth market research to understand user needs, industry trends, and regulatory landscape for payments in India. Tech Know-how- Strong knowledge of engineering practices in product development using Agile / Scrum principles Data-driven decision making –You will be responsible in using data and analytics to guide decisions about product development , enhancement and in deciding overall strategy of the product
