Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage audits and implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets.
  • Oversee tax planning, GST compliance, and statutory filings.
  • Partner with leadership to drive financial strategies that align with business goals.
  • Optimize working capital, manage cash flows, and oversee fund allocations.
  • Monitor compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.


What We’re Looking For
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory; CA + Company Secretary (CS) preferred. Even an MBA from a reputed Bschool can be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in finance, including leadership roles in accounting, auditing, and compliance.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate laws, and taxation.
  • Expertise in financial planning, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
