About MindSnackMindSnack is a consumer mobile app that helps people replace mindless scrolling with short, practical learning sessions.We are early-stage, fast-moving, and product-driven.We care about shipping, not meetings.About the RoleWe’re looking for a full-stack mobile developer who can take ownership of the app end to end.This is not a “React Native only” role.This is not a “worked on one screen in a big team” role.You will be responsible for:Building the appLaunching itMaintaining itFixing it when it breaksIf you’ve never shipped a live app yourself, do not apply.What You Will Own (End-to-End)Mobile AppBuild and maintain the React Native app (Expo or CLI)Write clean, scalable code using TypeScript / JavaScriptImplement UI, navigation, state management, and app logicOptimize performance and fix production issuesBackendDesign and build APIs using Node.jsWork with PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, migrations)Handle auth, data flow, and integrationsiOS & AndroidCreate and manage builds using:XcodeAndroid StudioHandle:CertificatesProvisioning profilesKeystoresSubmit apps to:App Store ConnectGoogle Play ConsoleManage updates, hotfixes, and store rejectionsProduction OwnershipIntegrate analytics, crash reporting, and monitoringDebug real-world production issuesShip fixes fast without hand-holdingMandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)You must have:2+ years of hands-on mobile development experienceBuilt at least one live mobile app available on:App Store and/or Google PlayPersonally handled the app end to end, including:React Native developmentBackend APIs (Node.js)Database (PostgreSQL or similar)App Store / Play Store submissionProof RequiredApplicants must submit:Live App Store / Play Store link(s)A short explanation covering:What parts you personally builtWhether you handled store submissionsBackend stack usedOne production issue you fixed yourselfApplications without live links will be rejected.Core Tech StackReact Native (Expo or CLI)JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScriptNode.jsPostgreSQLREST APIsGitExpo experienceGood to Have (Not Required)In-app purchases / subscriptionsFirebase, Sentry, or similar toolsCI/CD basics (Fastlane, GitHub Actions)Experience scaling an app post-launchWhat This Role Is NOTNot a corporate roleNot a feature-only roleNot a “support someone else’s architecture” jobNot a place to learn basics on the jobYou are expected to already know how to ship apps.Why JoinFull ownership of a real consumer productZero bureaucracyFast decision-makingDirect impact on users and businessOpportunity to grow into a lead / founding engineer role as the company scalesWho Should ApplyBuildersStartup-minded engineersDevelopers who enjoy responsibilityPeople who don’t panic when production breaksIf that sounds like you, apply with your live app links.
