Job title: Compliance Officer - InterGlobe Aviation Financial Services IFSC Private Limited (IGAFS)

(Subsidiary of InterGlobe Aviation - IndiGo)

Grade: Senior Manager

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar

Work Mode: WFO (Mandatory, All 5 days)

About the role:

This role would be on the Payroll of InterGlobe Aviation Financial Services IFSC Private Limited (IGAFS). IGAFS is a wholly owned subsidiary of IndiGo Airlines, India's leading airline with more than 60% market share and 2,000 flights a day. IGAFS will be involved in sourcing and executing financing requirements for aircraft and aviation assets for IndiGo to 7 years of relevant experience in a financial institution of repute.

Financial institution experience is of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and member of ICAI. A Degree in law will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Officer for InterGlobe Aviation Financial Services IFSC Private Limited (IGAFS). IGAFS is a wholly owned subsidiary of IndiGo Airlines, Indias leading airline with more than 60% market share and 2,000 flights a day. IGAFS will be involved in sourcing and executing financing requirements for aircraft and aviation assets for

IndiGo Airlines.

2. Overseeing the Companys compliance program, advising the management on corporate governance matters and ensuring effective communication with the Board of Directors.

3. Compliances with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013, rules and regulations issued thereunder, including filing of all statutory forms, returns, applications etc. with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, updation/ maintenance/ preparation of all statutory registers/ records, disclosures etc. for the Company and its subsidiaries.

4. Ensuring that all corporate governance norms, practices, policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the Company are up to date and are approved by the Board/ its Committees, if required.

5. Compliances and liaising with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, International Financial Services Authority (IFSCA), GIFT SEZ and other statutory authorities.

6. Ensuring compliance of Company with ABC/AML/CTF regulations, FIU-IND regulations, IFSCA specific guidelines applicable to financial institutions

Overseeing accounts, finance, tax and audit of IGAFS.

7. Work closely with the Finance, Tax and Legal teams of IndiGo Airlines to ensure relevant compliances.

8. Contributing to the drafting of Annual Report for IndiGo Airlines for the purpose of consolidation of IGAFS results, disclosures etc.

9. Monitor changes in relevant legislation pertaining to IFSCA, FEMA, SEZ Rules and take appropriate action.

10. Co-ordinate with Finance team for reporting of financials to IFSCA. Any other functions and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
