Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions using Java technologies across the full stack. This role requires a blend of architectural expertise, hands-on development experience, and a deep understanding of modern web technologies. The Java Full Stack Solution Architect will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

Architectural Design :

- Design and document robust, scalable, and secure software architectures using Java technologies.

- Create and maintain architectural blueprints, including high-level and low-level design documents.

- Ensure alignment of architectural solutions with business goals and technical requirements.

Development :

- Lead the development of both front-end and back-end components using Java and associated technologies.

- Implement RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Integrate with third-party services and systems as required.

Technology Evaluation :

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the software development lifecycle.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

- Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance and ensure best practices are followed.

- Facilitate code reviews and design discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Performance Optimization :

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.

- Conduct performance testing and implement improvements as necessary.

Security and Compliance :

- Implement security best practices and ensure applications are compliant with industry standards and regulations.

- Conduct regular security assessments and address vulnerabilities.

Documentation and Training :

- Create and maintain technical documentation for architecture, design, and implementation.

- Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience :

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a solution architect or similar role.

- Strong experience with Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.

- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

- Strong understanding of software design patterns, best practices, and architectural principles.

- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven leadership abilities and experience in guiding development teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in Java, cloud platforms, or related technologies.

- Experience with enterprise-level applications and large-scale systems.

- Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
