Key Responsibilities- Financial Transactions & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per government regulations.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and financial regulations.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Financial Reporting & Budgeting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost analysis.
- Utilize Tally ERP for accurate bookkeeping and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and payroll compliance.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
- Experience working in a corporate or small-business accounting environment.
