The role requires someone who can tell stories visually, design for ads that convert, and maintain a consistent, premium brand identity across all platforms.Key Responsibilities :Creative & Storytelling Design- Develop static and visual concepts that communicate a clear narrative, not just “aesthetic posts.” - Craft high-impact ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital channels. - Create visually compelling designs that stop the scroll and drive action.Brand Identity & Consistency- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms. - Build structured visual systems typography hierarchy, color systems, layouts.Ad & Social Media Output- Design static ads, reels layouts, carousels, banners, brochures, landing page graphics, and other marketing collateral. - Develop multiple creative variations based on performance insights (CTR, thumb-stop rate, user behavior).Collaboration & Execution- Work closely with marketing and content teams to execute campaign ideas. - Interpret briefs into concepts, not literal instructions you’re expected to think, not just follow. - Deliver creatives fast without sacrificing quality.Video & Motion- Edit short promotional videos. - Add basic motion graphics, transitions, and storytelling elements that improve retention.Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, Premiere Pro. - Strong portfolio of previous design and marketing work. - Excellent creativity, communication, and project management skills.Additional Requirements:- Previous salary slip mandatory as proof of experience/salary. - EdTech industry experience preferred.Why Join Us:- Work in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where creativity directly influences business outcomes. - Zero micromanagement if you deliver consistently. - Opportunity to build and establish the full visual identity of a global education brand.How to Apply:Send your resume, portfolio, and recent salary slip to: hr@bseduworld.comContact us at: 9354229186Visit us at www.bseduworld.com
