We’re Hiring: Head of Software Engineering – India/remoteWe are looking for an experienced technology leader to head our software engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and innovation to drive product delivery, infrastructure optimization, and next-gen technology adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor engineering teams across multiple locations in India. Deliver high-quality, scalable enterprise applications aligned with product roadmaps. Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation initiatives. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, DevSecOps, and innovation. Collaborate with stakeholders across product, data, and technology teams.
