This is a full-time role for a Key Account Manager with experience in Indian Railways, located on-site in Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring the delivery of services/projects, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, developing strategic plans to improve client satisfaction, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the railway signalling and transportation industry.
