Assistant Lead Engineer / Lead Engineer – Data Science Location:Nagpur (Onsite) Experience:4–7 years (Assistant Lead Engineer) | 6–8 years (Lead Engineer) Compensation:Up to ₹22 LPA (Assistant Lead) | Up to ₹28 LPA (Lead)MAX ️Joining:Immediate to 30 daysKey Responsibilities Demonstrate technical proficiency in at least one data science domain:Computer Vision / NLP / ML / Forecasting . Translate client requirements into actionable project tasks and technical deliverables. Lead and guide project teams in designing, developing, and deploying data solutions. Providetechnical mentorshipto team members on tools, algorithms, and best practices. Ensure adherence to quality standards, model performance benchmarks, and data accuracy. Drive innovation and contribute to the creation of newdata science solution offerings . Identify opportunities for upskilling and promote a culture of learning within the team. Collaborate with stakeholders to build strongclient relationshipsand deliver measurable value. Stay updated onemerging data science trendsand recommend new methodologies or tools. Begin developing skills indata engineering, MLOps, product engineering, or cloud platforms . Required Skills & Competencies Strong hands-on experience withPython / R / TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn / Keras . Expertise inmodel building, validation, and deployment . Working knowledge ofdata wrangling, feature engineering, and model interpretability . Familiarity withcloud environments(AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to mentor teams and handle complex projects independently.
