We are currently hiring for the position of HRBP Manager, who will be instrumental in driving the exponential growth of our workforce


Experience - Minimum 8years as HRBP


Job Location : Mysore


  • The employee should have experience in running events at office and virtually for employees.
  • Should be humble and courteous.
  • If the candidate has worked as HRBP for global employees, that’s an added advantage.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Employee Engagement:

o Lead the execution of the agreed employee engagement strategy aligned with Qinecsa's overall business objectives.

o Design and implement creative, data-driven engagement programs that address employee needs and interests, promoting a strong sense of belonging and connection.

o Analyze employee engagement data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve engagement efforts.

o Stay current on emerging trends in employee engagement and advise leadership on best practices.

o Work in collaboration with all the HRBPs to develop communication plans that effectively inform employees about engagement initiatives.

o Measure the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives and communicate key findings and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

o Identify areas for improvement and recommendations for enhancing employee engagement.

o Work on actions based on Employee Experience survey.


• Business Partnering:

o Build strong, collaborative relationships with the assigned projects /departments to understand their unique business needs and challenges.

o Function as a trusted HR advisor, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters including talent management, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.

o Proactively partner with leadership to identify and address HR-related roadblocks to achieving business goals.

o Collaborate on the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with departmental needs and contribute to the overall HR vision.

o Employ effective project management methodologies to track progress, manage resources, and mitigate risks.

o Facilitate open communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and efficiency.

o Identify and implement solutions that optimize business processes and workflows.

o Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

o Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the business leaders to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

o Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

o Participate in talent acquisition strategy

o Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

o Enhance Employee engagement through initiatives such as succession planning, HIPO engagement, career development, etc


Qualification:

Education: Master’s degree in HR

Experience: 8 plus years in HR
