Your Key Impact Areas* Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for mobile and web products in HealthTech and InsurTech. * Translate business requirements into clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces. * Build design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries. * Conduct user research, persona creation, and usability testing. * Leverage the latestAI design tools(Figma AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) for faster creative exploration. * Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams. * Support the branding agency vertical with digital creatives, prototypes, and brand-led visual concepts. * Ensure consistent design language across all Healine experiences. * Deliver high-quality prototypes and handoffs to development teams.4. Who We Are Looking For3–6 yearsof experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or UI Engineer. * Strong command ofmodern design tools- Figma (must), Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop. Working knowledge ofAI toolssuch as:* Figma AI * Midjourney / Stable Diffusion * Adobe Firefly * ChatGPT / Copilot for design iterations * Experience designing formobile-firstandweb platforms . * Strong understanding of user psychology, design principles, and usability heuristics. * Ability to convert complex workflows (healthcare, insurance, ops tools) into simple user experiences. * Experience collaborating with engineers, writers, and product managers. * Bonus: Exposure to animation tools (Lottie, After Effects) or frontend basics (HTML/CSS/Flutter UI). * A strong portfolio showcasing real projects and clear design thinking.6.
