Role Description:

- This is a Full time onsite (Immediate Joiners with 5 years of exp) Information Technology Operations Manager role for an USA based company, back office located in Hyderabad.

- The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, managing technical support, and implementing IT service management best practices.

- The role involves ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services and supporting enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Office 365 Administration:

- Manage and support Office 365 environment, including user provisioning, license management, troubleshooting, and configuration.

- Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of Office 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

- Monitor system health and provide regular updates, training, and support to end-users.

IT Security & Security Audit:

- Implement and maintain IT security policies, practices, and technologies to protect the organization's systems, data, and assets.

- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (e., GDPR, ISO, SOC).

- Coordinate and support responses to security incidents, including investigation, resolution, and documentation.

- Work with external auditors and stakeholders to facilitate annual security and compliance audits.

Network Administration:

- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, routers, switches, and wireless systems.

- Ensure optimal network performance, reliability, and security by monitoring traffic, analyzing data, and implementing network policies.

- Assist in network upgrades, configuration changes, and capacity planning to meet evolving organizational needs.

Asset Management :


- Track and manage all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses, to ensure compliance, efficient usage, and minimal downtime.

- Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory, monitor asset lifecycles, and coordinate with procurement for asset acquisition and disposal.

- Develop and maintain asset management documentation, policies, and processes.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration:

- Support IT due diligence and integration efforts during M&A activities, including assessment of systems, security, and infrastructure compatibility.

- Facilitate the integration of IT systems, networks, and applications between merging organizations to ensure seamless operations.

- Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve IT-related challenges and ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on Office 365, IT security, and network administration.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified, CISSP, or CCNA are preferred.

Skills:

- Proficiency in Office 365 administration, IT security best practices, and network infrastructure.

- Strong understanding of security standards, compliance frameworks, and audit processes.

- Experience in asset management practices, including inventory management and lifecycle tracking.

- Knowledge of M&A processes and IT integration challenges is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
