  • Job Title: Purchase Executive
  • Job Summary: The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement processes of the company.
  • This includes sourcing and purchasing goods and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of the supply chain process.
  • Key Responsibilities: • Purchase of all spices, pulses, herbs, rice, FMCG
  • • Evaluate the quality with the help of Quality manager before final purchase
  • • Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • • Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms
  • • Regular updating of all rates, working on new rates as required
  • • Finding new suppliers, supplier evaluation and supplier audits
  • • Understanding the growing period of spices and suggesting purchases accordingly
  • • Forecast prices and market trends to identify changes and thereby working on the Market Report monthly • Attending spices enquiries if required
  • • Solving issues with supplier if occurred during procurement
  • • Working with the factory team and updating on the arrival of goods, thereby doing production planning • Making purchase order for suppliers
  • • Making purchase order for Domestic sales
  • • Updating pricing on our Domestic website as and when required
  • • Any additional work as and when required related to procurement and sharing rates with buyers
  • . Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role. - Strong understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
