In this hands-on leadership role, you will drive the design, development, and maintenance of our core applications, working acrossfront-end and back-end technologies. You will also mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and help define our technical architecture and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and development ofhighly scalable and performant web applicationsusingJava, Spring Boot, and React. Produceclean, maintainable, and efficient codefor both front-end and back-end components. Collaborate withproduct managers, designers, and engineering teamsto translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Providementorship and guidanceto junior developers, fostering continuous learning and professional growth. Conductcomprehensive code reviewsto ensure code quality, optimize performance, and adhere to best practices. Design and maintainresilient RESTful APIs. Manage and optimizedatabase schemas and queriesacross SQL and NoSQL databases. Implement and maintain a comprehensive suite ofunit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Stay updated on emerging technologies and champion their adoption when strategically beneficial. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong expertise inJava development, includingSpring BootandSpring Security. Extensive experience withReact.jsand its core principles. Proficiency with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and state management libraries (Redux, Context API). Solid understanding ofdatabase designwith practical experience in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Familiarity with leadingcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Hands-on experience withcontainerization technologies(Docker, Kubernetes). In-depth knowledge ofSDLCandagile methodologies. Exceptionalproblem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Desirable Skills: Experience withmicroservices architecture. Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines(Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Experience withmessage queues(Kafka, RabbitMQ).
