the Role:We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to support end-to-end hiring operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern recruitment tools and industry-specific hiring techniques.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical roles.- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintain candidate records and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and craft effective job descriptions.- Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and pre-joining formalities.- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, applicant pipeline, etc.).- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring 1-4 years of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred but not mandatory).- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
