Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Reporting
Review the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Review and present to the MIS to the Investors on a monthly basis
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
Ensure accurate revenue recognition and expense management.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and risks.
Accounting & Compliance
Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Coordinate with external auditors for financial audits and statutory compliance.
India/ US Cross border experience- Working knowledge of US tax / accounting and local compliance
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
Ensure effective treasury operations and banking relationships.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure timely review and filing of tax returns (GST, VAT, Corporate Tax, etc.).
Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to minimize risks.
Manage transfer pricing, indirect taxes, and statutory compliance.
Risk Management & Internal Controls
Implement and enhance financial controls and risk management policies.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
Identify financial risks and mitigation strategies.
Business Strategy & Decision Support
Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Drive cost optimization initiatives to improve profitability.
Required Skills
Chartered Accountant having 8+ years of post-qualification relevant experience
Hands on experience of excel & other MS office tools.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to minimize financial risk.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of statutory compliances is a must.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Hands on experience in preparation and reviews of various MIS
