ERP Functional Consultant Role Overview :We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with 5 years of expertise in ERP implementations.The role focuses on end-to-end new implementations of Business Central in both Perpetual (On-Premises) and Cloud (SaaS) environments.The consultant will lead requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration, and functional deployment to ensure successful ERP rollouts.Experience : 5 Years.Location : Indore.Key Responsibilities :- Lead greenfield implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central (Perpetual & Cloud).- Conduct requirement workshops and map client business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, and Service.- Configure Business Central modules according to business needs.- Manage data migration activities (data mapping, cleansing, loading, and validation).- Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, and user manuals.- Provide end-user training, UAT support, and post-go-live assistance.- Ensure ERP implementations align with Microsoft best practices and project methodology (Sure Step/Agile).- Collaborate with technical/development teams only for customizations when required.- Act as a subject matter expert for clients in both Cloud and Perpetual BC environments.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central (Perpetual & Cloud).- Proven track record in full-cycle new implementations (minimum 34 projects).- Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Manufacturing.- Hands-on experience with data migration (master data, transactional data, and opening balances).- Knowledge of SQL Server (for On-Prem data handling) and BC standard data migration tools/configuration packages.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional certifications preferred.
