Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with expertise in Flask and Django to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, and the ability to lead development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Python, Django, and Flask.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

- Work on scalability, security, and optimization of backend services.

- Implement database design, schema management, and query optimization using PostgreSQL/MySQL.

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, data engineers, and DevOps teams.

- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

- Work with Agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

Frameworks :

- Expertise in Flask and Django (must-have) :

- API Development : Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

- Database Management : Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, including query optimization.

- Cloud Technologies : Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).

- Containerization & CI/CD : Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

- Testing & Debugging : Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like PyTest, Unittest.

- Security & Performance : Strong understanding of web security best practices, authentication, and performance optimization.

- Version Control : Experience using Git, GitHub, or GitLab.

- Agile Methodologies : Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or Agile methodologies.
